YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

What professionals ask before joining

What types of spare parts can be requested?
Any industrial spare part — mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic. Bearings, motors, drives, sensors, gearboxes, valves, PLCs, pumps. If it's used in a factory, it qualifies.
No. Any manufacturing or processing facility can join — cement, mining, food & beverage, chemicals, textiles, paper, automotive, and more.
UPSPARE is currently active with 1,082 member factories across 23 countries, and growing every month.
You will simply receive no response. The rate of positive responses is steadily improving as the network grows.
Membership for factories to join UPSPARE network is subscription based. Once subscribed, member factories can submit spare part requests at no additional cost.
UPSPARE connects you with the factory that has your part. Shipping arrangements are agreed directly between both parties. You stay in full control of how the part reaches you.
Member factories are industrial operators themselves and they know what a critical breakdown means. Parts shared through UPSPARE are typically genuine OEM parts pulled from their own inventory.
Each factory decides what arrangement suits them. Some will sell surplus stock. Others may lend a part temporarily if you just need to restart your line while your official order arrives. The flexibility is the point.
Only verified member factories can see requests. You control what information you share. You are never required to disclose sensitive operational details.
Members typically respond within a few hours. Response time depends on network density in your area.
Registration takes less than 5 minutes. Once approved, your factory can both submit requests and respond to others, with the possibility to turn your idle spare inventory into a potential asset.
None. You are never required to respond to a request. Participation is entirely voluntary. You only engage when you want to and when it suits you.
